GeneTegra Mediators

GeneTegra is designed to integrate and query information across a wide array of data sources from relational databases and tabular files to external knowledgebases.

Creating a New Mediator​

To create a new Mediator, navigate to the Administrator Resources page, select the Mediators view, and click Add new mediator to start the Add New Mediator Wizard. Select the

Understanding Mediator Types​

TypeDescription
Interfaces with relational databases supporting the SQL standard.
Organizes information by Project > Patient > Form > Field to make it easier to query EDC-style databases like REDCap and OnCore.
Connects to RDF data sources and SPARQL query endpoints.
Integrates two or more Mediators of any type into a Mediator that can access data from any underlying Mediator.
